🦃 Have You Met Our Neighbourhood Turkey? 👀

You may have noticed an unexpected visitor wandering around the neighbourhood lately! Over the past week or so, a rather confident-looking turkey has been spotted strolling the streets as if it owns the place.

Seems fairly friendly and curious, but remember—Turkeys are still wild animals.

The pros: 🦃

• A fun and unexpected neighbourhood sighting

• Great conversation starter

• Definitely more interesting than your average squirrel!

The cons: ⚠️

• Wild animals can be unpredictable, especially if approached or cornered

• Getting too close may cause stress—or encourage them to become overly comfortable around people

• Feeding wildlife can create problems for both the animal and the neighbourhood

So enjoy the sighting from a respectful distance, keep pets under control, and please resist the temptation to see just how friendly he really is.

Not sure how long our feathered visitor plans to stay, but keep your eyes open—you never know when you'll spot him on his next neighbourhood stroll!
